There is even a colony of seahorses installed by the bottom of their pylons.

The Sierra de la Marina is the authentic green lung of the city. Within it both oak and pine forests flourish, and, in the wetter areas, oak groves and riverside forests grow. Gentle hills form the Sierra de Matas, a huge heritage forest of the city, while the famous Sierra de Collserola offers must-see views of the Besós River area.
